After 31 years with Young Life, I (Darren) will be making a career change on August 1st to become the Executive Director of Marketplace Mission Group. MMG is a new non-profit that we are forming in order to accomplish the mission before us. We feel a strong sense of "for such a time as this" about the decision, as God has confirmed His will in many ways. This move allows us to capitalize on 21 years of South Jersey relationships, by intersecting all of our ministry spheres of Young Life, church connections and community outreach. 

Robin and I will continue to invest in the lives of kids as volunteer leaders in Young Life. We remain deeply committed to seeing adolescents encounter the living God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We see the job change simply as switching our grip on the stretcher as we continue to carry kids to the feet of Jesus in new ways. I have so enjoyed my time with Young Life and will cherish it forever.
